Order Process

Prajna Galleries has just opened its gallery offering fine meditative art objects. We believe that the web is a great platform to make these unique art known to a wider audience. Nevertheless, personal contact is important when buying fine art.

If you find an art object or artist you are interested in, please contact us by either filling out our contact form or sending us an email. – Or just give us a call, we are here to understand your specific needs in great detail and help to find the best options for you. Certificate of Authenticity

Prajna Galleries issues a Certificate of Authenticity for all art objects sold. This document certifies that the art work you purchase is a unique and original work done by the artist (e.g. Certificate of Authenticity)


Payment

Payment can be done via Bank Transfer or PayPal. 

Bank Transfer: You can send us your payment through bank transfer. Your art objects will be dispatched upon receipt of your payment. Upon your order you will receive the account details.

PayPal: PayPal enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

 

Shipping

Most art objects are currently stored in our warehouse in South Korea and will be soon shipped to Europe. Prajna Galleries plans to use DHL or FedEx to ship the art works to the final customer. Shipping cost within Europe will be included in the sales price. International non-European shipping cost will be invoiced separately.
If your order requires any special needs please let us know, when placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. You are also very welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse.

 

Handling, Packing and Insurance

We take the utmost care in shipping and packing each sculpture. It is very important to us that each sculpture arrives whole and undamaged. Handling and packaging are included in the shipping price. Prajna Galleries ships each package with full insurance.

 

Tracking Numbers

After your order has been picked up by either DHL or FedEx, we will email you the tracking number in order for you to track your shipment's journey.

 

Damage

We take the utmost care to insure that an art object is not damaged by packing each piece with care. However, no matter how perfectly an object is packed, the journey from Prajna Galleries to your home is out of our hands. If a sculpture has been damaged in shipping please notify Prajna Galleries within 48 hours so that the proper insurance measures can be taken. Be sure to keep all of the packing materials which will be needed for inspection by the shipping company. In the event of a piece arriving damaged Prajna Galleries will pay for the return shipping and you will not be charged any service charges.


Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 15 days of the date you received it. The art object must be returned with all original boxes and packing materials fully insured and postage paid to Prajna Galleries.

Please contact us at art@prajna-galleries.com before returning the item.

Prajna Galleries will issue a full refund for the price you paid. If you have paid by Bank Transfer and we will initiate a bank transfer to your account. We can only send your refund to the account we have received your payment from.

Please note, made to order, or art work based on a commission agreement are excluded from the cover of our Returns Policy; unless they are faulty or damaged.
